Here is a short and simple video tutorial about how to add a video to your posts!
Take note: The one thing they don't say is that you can add a video in the 'Edit HTML' and then switch back to the 'Compose' tab to keep writing your post if you wish. The video will then show up as a black box in the 'Compose' tab and you can't watch it from there, but it will be viewable once the post is published!
